This painting is a portrait of a moment in an aquarium. In the center a large turtle swimming while observing the viewer with curiosity. She is quiet and surrounded by some very colorful tropical fish that keep her company. The reflections and bubbles of the sea water were created with the use of a small sponge. This painting was created in Mexico, during the time I lived in Playa Del Carmen.
