The protagonist of this painting is a Kingfisher, it is a bird with a brilliant plumage in which the colors of blue and green predominate; the chest is orange, while white areas can be seen on the neck and throat. The beak is black and the paws are small and bright red. I chose to paint it because its colors and the many shades on its feathers fascinate me so much. The green background represents nature, and is metallic which makes it full of bright reflections.
