This painting was stolen in Ibiza where it was exhibited, (summer 2022) currently not found.
This painting portrays four Pontiac Chieftain cars from a photo taken in Cuba. I am very fascinated by vintage cars for their many details and finishes and for the color reflections that are created on the bodywork. They are fun to paint. Their colors are lively and bright, the first is purple and more detailed as it is in the foreground and it is easy to observe every detail. The second is yellow with blue reflections of the sky. The other two are much further away from the first and are one orange and the other pink.
