An Ara parrot in Venice. Venice is one of my favorite cities in Italy for its colors and canals with the characteristic gondolas. In the background the Grand Canal and the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute. The protagonist is a parrot Ara characterized by the magnificent red, yellow and blue plumage, swinging on a wooden swing and ropes in front of a window. This beautiful animal is native to the forests of Central and South America, I met him during my trip to Mexico and then I chose to paint it but in Venice!
