The leopard is my favorite animal in fact I have made many paintings with this protagonist. In this painting the features of the leopard are highlighted, the spots on its coat, the leaves in the foreground of the forest and the very intense gaze directed at the viewer. He is curious to know who is watching him and approaches him calmly and curiously. The metallic gold background brings out the shadows and reflections depending on the light that hits it.
