The protagonist of this painting is a Scarlet Macaw parrot characterized by a magnificent red, yellow and blue plumage. The colors and details of its soft feathers are highlighted by the oil colors I used which allowed me to give it an even more realistic effect. It is curious and shy, hiding its beak in its feathers showing only its green-eyed gaze and the very small red feathers on its face.
