This painting is a portrait of a Caracal, a feline with long ears and black tips. It is a very charming animal, it is slim and agile. His gaze is intense and his eyes are blue, he looks like a cat but much bigger. Here I chose to draw her features with black acrylic to highlight the shadows on her face. The background is gold, like its habitat (desert, where there are dry grasses). The gold color I used creates different reflections based on the light that hits it, making it lighter and darker.
