The protagonist of this painting is a leopard cub. The leopard is my favorite animal, in fact I like to portray it in many of its poses. In this case it's on a tree that has lots of light reflections and lots of wood detail. He is relaxed but at the same time attentive to what is happening in his area, his green and brown eyes look away ready to warn anyone who approaches. The sky is blue and clear.
